・Please make online reservations by the day before your visit.
・Reservations through the website should be made by the day before your visit. We are unable to accept reservations on the same day, so please be aware of this.
・A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a reply email or phone call from us.
・If you do not receive a response from us, it is possible that the email did not reach you. In this case, we kindly ask you to confirm by phone.
・During the ski season (December to early April), we expect high demand. Therefore, please pre-order one of the following options according to the number of people: "Mochi Pork Hot Pot," "Seafood Hot Pot," "Mochi Pork Shabu-shabu," or "Sashimi Platter."
・For dinner reservations from December to early April, we only accept reservations at 17:00 or 17:30.
・Our restaurant is closed every Monday. Additionally, we are open only for evening service on Tuesdays.
(If Monday is a public holiday, we will be open, and our day off will be on Tuesday.)
